ReplyDeleteInstead of fingernail polish for the makeup, I bought makeup from the dollar store and the $1 e.l.f. makeup @ Target and poured in Dimensional Magic right on top. Make sure that if you go this route, the makeup needs to cure overnight and then some. Resin would work too, I just couldn't find it anywhere.
