Yum Yum Yum!! Definitely add this to your holiday baking list:)
Hi everyone! I'm Whitney from Home Delicious. I have a fun blog dedicated to making everything just a little better at home.
At this crazy time of year, it seems all craft and home ideas get put on my back burner and I focus more on cooking and baking. So I wanted to share one of our families most requested recipes. We make this pie every year and it gets 2 thumbs up from everyone!
Apple Ginger Cranberry Pie

Now if you want to try these baby pies, keep reading.
First, I put the glasses on the oven while it preheated so they wouldn't be cold when I popped them in the oven. I did not want shattered glass!
Next, I pressed pie crust all around the bottom and sides of the cup. It took 4 Pillsbury pie crusts for 8 glasses.
Then I added the lattice or flat top with slits depending what I was in the mood for and baked them at 375 for 45 minutes.
They were absolutely delicious! I have to say, I like the regular pies better than mini, because it just seems like way too much pie crust for me, but this filling is to die for!
So come on over to Home Delicious this week! I will have some more delicious pie recipes from our pie party including these yummies that were gone in no time flat! (Peanut butter pie and banana cream!)
And thanks for having me, Amy!
